Antioxidant power smoothie

Feeling under the weather? Doing a detox? I have the smoothie recipe for you. This smoothie is filled with tons of vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients(makes 2 small or one large smoothie):

  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice or two whole oranges
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 5 ice cubes

Blend until smooth. Drink for your health.
