I’ve blogged about my love of kale chips before. On my current detox kale chips are on the approved snack list. Encouragement to eat one of my favorite snacks? Ok, twist my arm.
I noticed in their recipe that they added 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and sesame seeds to theirs. I was skeptical of adding lemon juice, but it’s a great variation that makes them taste like salt and vinegar chips. So tasty!
