Put away your whisk. Put away your mixer. Get out your food processor for the world’s easiest fresh whipped cream.
Use this ratio to make as much whipped cream as you need. I just made this small amount for slices of triple berry galette for my family.
1 tablespoon sugar per 1/2 cup whipping cream
Place in food processor. I put my 1/2 cup cream and tablespoon sugar in my one cup processor. Pulse for about 2 minutes or until you can see it thickening on the edges. Continue to pulse until it has built up along the sides. Scoop out and serve. You’ll never buy that canned stuff again!
