Blueberries and cream popsicles

After eating all the other popsicles, I couldn’t resist making more.

Rinse 2/3 pint of blueberries.

 

Add 1/4 cup half and half and 1/4 cup water.

 

Add 1 tsp splenda or equivalent amounts or sweetener of choice.

Add 2/3 cup greek yogurt and 3/4 tsp vanilla extract.

 

Muddle together.

Pour or spoon into popsicle molds. Freeze.

Enjoy.
