One of the best ice cream flavors out there. Easy to make at home, too.
- 1 cup milk(I used skim)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
Put milk, sugar, vanilla and instant coffee in container.
Mix until fully combined. Make sure sugar and instant coffee are dissolved. I used my immersion blender for a few seconds and that worked like a charm.
Add in 2 cups heavy cream. Stir to combine.
Follow ice cream maker’s instructions on freezing. If it makes it a little too soft(like mine did), you can always throw it in the freezer to firm it up.
Way better than anything you could buy in a store. No preservatives, either!
