Pumpkin glazed cinnamon rolls

Let’s talk about easy. These are cinnamon rolls of the simplest kind.

Buy a can of jumbo cinnamon rolls. Bake as directed.

While baking, make the pumpkin glaze. Use the glaze that comes with the rolls. Add 5 tablespoons of softened(think room temperature) cream cheese, 2-3 tablespoons pure pumpkin, some pumpkin pie spice and some cinnamon. Stir together.

Spread/spoon over the top of the hot cinnamon rolls.

Top with chopped walnuts or pecans, preferably. If you don’t have either, but have butter toffee peanuts, chop them and throw on top instead(like I did). It’s amazing how you can simply make a few changes and improve store-bought food into tasting almost homemade.
