Mango detox smoothie

A major improvement from the day 1 smoothie I made, the mango smoothie was good enough to eat on day 2 and 3.

Inspired by the Whole Living detox mango, carrot and herb smoothie.

Ingredients(makes 2 servings):

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Blend! Pour into a glass and enjoy.

If you need a great detox approved snack for the mid-morning or afternoon, head for some fresh fruit and walnuts, like I did yesterday.
