When you see the ingredient list, I’m sure I won’t get too many people on board with this smoothie. It’s surprisingly good and so good for you. A perfect way to start your day and detox your body.
Ingredients(makes 2 smoothies):
- 1 cup kale, stems removed, coarsely chopped
- 1 granny smith apple, coarsely chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
- 2 1/2 cups water
Throw it all in the blender and blend until smooth. Or as smooth as you can get it.
Drink half and save the other half for tomorrow morning, unless you can get someone else in your house to drink it.
