Mango-coconut water smoothie

A great post workout or breakfast smoothie. Potassium loaded coconut water, vitamin E and iron rich mango and metabolism boosting cayenne pepper…how could you say no?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 8 ounces unsweetened coconut water
  • juice of one lime
  • pinch of cayenne

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Mmm…how delicious does that look?
