I can’t get enough of them. It’s to the point that I feel like I haven’t eaten healthy if I don’t have some form of kale salad once a day. I’ll gladly eat it for breakfast. Mmm mmm mmm.
After eating cake multiple times last week, I decided I needed a reset and am repeating the first week of the detox this week. So it’s a bunch of repeat recipes that I have already posted.
Last night, Brian and I did go to Native Foods Cafe and I got the crunchy kale salad and harvest fruit tea. So delicious. I need to figure out how to recreate it so I can have it all the time!
